CEHG 2015 Genetics and Society Symposium

The Center for Computational, Evolutionary and Human Genomics (CEHG) is proud to present the 2015 Genetics and Society Symposium (GSS15). The first day, Monday, April 13th, will include presentations from guest speakers and CEHG faculty, a poster session, and an evening reception. The second event day, Tuesday, April 14th, will feature morning workshops for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars as well as additional presentations from guest speakers and CEHG affiliates. The goals of the Symposium are as follows: To showcase the groundbreaking research being done in CEHG-affiliated labs across campus.  To enable invaluable interactions between CEHG fellows, faculty, students, and guest speakers. To facilitate discussion and exploration of key topics surrounding the intersections of genetics and society. To provide graduate students and postdoctoral scholars with an opportunity to receive feedback from peers and faculty advisors on their innovative research.
